Founded in 2019 by Josie West, She Flies Extreme Sports is a social enterprise with a vision to be recognised by every woman thinking about, starting or progressing in extreme sport, as a place to grow & develop.

Through mini festivals, online events, international trips and a global community. She Flies supports women in sport as they know what Women need, to succeed. She Flies celebrates the uniqueness of awesome females; no matter their level or sport, they coach differently, encourage feminine style & celebrate the women at the top.
